Why per-project pricing instead of a subscription?

Because builders think in project cost centres, not monthly SaaS. You don’t have a running subscription to your concrete supplier or your scaffolding company — why would you have one for your handover software? Per-project pricing means you pay when the value is obvious, not twelve months before you’ve decided if it works.

When do I pay?

You pay $300 per project when you generate your first handover pack. Create your account and set up your first project straight away — you’ll only be invoiced once your project is ready to handover.

Do my subcontractors or homeowners pay anything?

No. Subcontractors use the magic-link upload page for free. Homeowners access their portal for free, forever (for three years from project start). You pay once; the entire handover experience is covered.

What if my project takes longer than expected?

Document retention runs for three years from project start — not from handover date. Typical residential builds run 6–12 months. You have plenty of runway. If you’re working on a particularly long project, get in touch.
